From M1, J22
Turn onto A511 in the direction of Coalville/Ashby
Follow A511 through six roundabouts, the last two sited next to a Morrison’s supermarket and MacDonald’s restaurant respectively
After the sixth roundabout, when coming downhill, look for signpost to Stephenson Ind Est on the left
Turn left onto Telford Way, first left onto Brunel Way, SplashOut is the first building on the left
 

 From M1, J23A
Turn onto A42 in direction of Birmingham
At J13 of A42 turn off onto A511 in the direction of Coalville/Leicester
Follow A511 to first large roundabout (Hoo Ash)
Go straight across roundabout, staying on A511 (do not go into Coalville town)
After the roundabout, in the dip of the hill is a signpost pointing right to Stephenson Ind Est
Turn right onto Telford Way, second left onto Brunel Way, SplashOut is the first building on the left

From M6/M40/Birmingham/Conventry area
Join M42, going east, towards M1
At J 13 of A42 turn off onto A511 in the direction of Coalville/Leicester
Follow A511 to first large roundabout (Hoo Ash)
Go straight across roundabout, staying on A511 (do not go into Coalville town itself)
After the roundabout, in the dip of the hill is a signpost pointing right to Stephenson Ind Est
Turn right onto Telford Way, second left onto Brunel Way, SplashOut is the first building on the left
